12. Misuse of Refund Policy
Customers found repeatedly submitting false claims or misusing the refund policy may have their future orders cancelled. VV Fashion also reserves the right to restrict or permanently disable the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for such customers.

In the event of any dispute regarding a refund, VV Fashion's decision will be based on all available evidence, including:
- Documents
- Photographs
- Videos
- Courier reports
- Internal verification records
This clause does not limit or affect any legal rights available to customers under applicable law.
