- VV Fashion may also contact the customer for order verification before dispatch.
8. Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their orders before dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available in certain locations.

11. Delivery Delays

12. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

- PIN Code
- Mobile Number
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, applicable shipping charges may be deducted.
13. Refusal to Accept Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel without a valid reason and the shipment is returned to our warehouse as Return to Origin (RTO):
- Forward shipping charges and Return Shipping (RTO) charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may have the Cash on Delivery (COD) facility disabled for future purchases.
14. Parcel Opening Video
For claims involving:
- Damaged Product
- Wrong Product
- Missing Item
- Empty Parcel
Customers must record a continuous, unedited parcel opening video immediately after receiving the package.
The video must clearly show:
- The parcel seal.
- The shipping label.
- The complete unpacking process.
Failure to provide the required video may result in rejection of the claim where such evidence is necessary.
15. Customer Preference Returns
If the customer receives the correct product but wishes to return it for personal reasons, the return or exchange will be subject to VV Fashion's approval.
In such cases, all applicable return and exchange shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
16. Fraud Prevention
- VV Fashion reserves the right to reject any fake orders, fraudulent payments, false return requests, or fraudulent refund claims.
- Customers found engaging in fraudulent activities may have their future orders cancelled or blocked.
